Pilates is a methodology that promotes health and well-being through conscious, focused exercise.  The brilliance of the equipment is in how the spring resistance both challenges and assists, allowing beginners and accomplished athletes a healthful work-out. 

Joseph Pilates first developed his equipment to work with injured people, and at Lux we specialize in working with clients in pain and injury recovery. Private and duet instruction allows us to focus on individual needs with a careful eye for detail.  This will keep you safe and flourishing.
